Issues with ST controlling LIFX and colors

I have 4 LIFX bulbs all connected to ST. For some reason 2 bulbs seem to always stop working in the ST app. I try and turn them on and it seems just stuck saying “turning on”

Not sure if this was the best way to go about this, but I wanted to have an all lights command to turn on/off.

I created a virtual switch called all Lights…it works, but when I tell Alexa to turn on all lights a color it doesn’t work. Did I set this up right or the best way?

Usually from the ones I have, that means they have lost connection. I would guess that if you went into lifx app they would be un responsive too. Usually a powecycle reconnects them

Thanks, they are all good in the LIFX app just not ok ST. I can turn them on/off in Lifx app

  1. Go into the LIFX app.
  2. Select the bulb you are having issues with.
  3. Click on the cog icon at the top right.
  4. What does the “Cloud” status say?
