I recently purchased Samsung connect Home 3 pack system. I am using two of them right now. This system replaced my wifi router and Samsung Smartthings Hub. It was pain to start fresh, but I am able to setup everything as it was. Now the issue is, when I click on the router in the new Smartthings app, I am getting this error. Wifi hub is working perfectly fine. Smartthings functionality is good as well. I am able to control all the devices, including the Hub functionality. But just not able to open the router portion, so I could change some settings. I restarted my hub, but it didn’t help. If it was just a router, I would have just reset it, but I don’t want to do it because I would lose all the smartthings setup as well. Anyone faced this? Any suggestions?
