IRIS garage door open cannot connect to SmartThings

I first paired the device with the smartthings hub. I got an error message.

Then, I couldn’t remove the device.

I have screen shots, but because I’m a new user I cannot post those.

Thoughts?

I tried. I was hoping for an answer that would help.
Whenever I tried to pair it gave me that error message, not I cannot remove the device.
