I am new to Home Security. We just had Cox Communications install a system that uses this panel; based on Zigbee. The previous owner of our house had installed several Z-Wave devices (door lock, motion sensor, door bell, etc) for use with a Vivint skypanel. I chose not to go with Vivint due to the cost, but would like to reuse the devices if possible.
Question: Does the SmartHub act similar to a network hub? Connecting everything to the SmartHub would the panel then see the Z-Wave devices?
