Hi I am struggling to connect my washer to the smartthings and have gone through 3 different routers and now currently on the virgin media hub 4.0 and the same issue still persist
have included a video as this always happens at the 75% mark and now me and my partner is unsure to get a smartthing hub to even consider if it would make the process even better but hopefully any of you can assist with this or even spot where i am going wrong
