Ikea trafdri devices - local/cloud

Do all of the Ikea Trafdri devices run in the cloud using the Smartthings official built in DTHs?

I’ve only played with the motion sensor and it seems like a well made device. But it only runs in the cloud.

I’m curious about the 2 button (on/off) switches and other buttons.

The buttons are cloud based. Most bulbs are local.
