We are digging in to figure out the best way to resolve this for you guys. The primary issue here, as alluded to above, is that Ikea released a new model of their motion sensor in some regions and did not actually change the model name. This results in the new model matching to the DTH of the old model and the two are not functionally compatible. We believe that we know why the newer model is not reporting motion but need to confirm the fix. We don’t have an ETA yet but it is actively being worked on!
