If you have a ST v2/v3/Aeotec hub then it is possible to set the Ikea on/off switch (button) so that is slowly increases or decreases brightness of a bulb.
The Ikea on/off switch is connected directly to a bulb and you get also on/off switch button state to SmartThings and from the bulb the brightness level to SmartThings.

Using this driver it’s possible to set on/off switch to same group as the bulb or use direct device binding.
