Not compatible.

Compatible with these deadbolts and lever locks: YRD220, YRD240, YRD210, YRL220, YRL210

The lock you linked to is not on that list.

Yale Smart Door Lock Z-Wave Module: Amazon.co.uk: DIY & Tools

I’m not sure on the frequencies of Z-Wave in the UK and US, that’s a UK one I’ve listed. I don’t know if the same thing is available in the US, but that’s what I have fitted to my Conexis L1 in the UK and it works fine on my ST Hub
