I have added TAPO C225 to SmartThings and able to see the camera live feed from the app but not able to see the live view from my Samsung Fridge

Hi,

I recently find that Tapo C225 is now compatible with my Samsung SmartThings so I purchased and added the camera through the SmartThings App and camera appears along with my Ring camera view feed. Tapo firmware is latest (1.0.9 build 240123 Rel. 74249n)

I am able to see the live view through the app on my phone but from my Samsung fridge won’t. It says error due to network connection or keep showing loading. My other Ring cameras are showing.

Any idea why?

The Tapo or the SmartThings app?

Anyway. Try this: stop the feed in both apps, force close them and start the stream on your fridge.

The C225 offers two streams and I’m not sure if the streaming to the cloud is counted as one or two.

I am able to view thorugh both Tapo and SmartThings App.

I have removed the device from SmartThings and re-added and still not able to pull up the live view…
