My hub stopped running routines. After being unable to sort it I tried a full reset and attempted to add hue back to the hub where I kept getting this error.
which model hub do you have? if you login to Advanced Web App and find your hub… is there any details that might stick out such as offline or not active with the components?
first thought is to preform another full reset of the hub:
factory reset for the v2/v3/aeotec hubs by following these directions:
Disconnect the power cable from the Hub
Using a pin or a small tool, hold down the reset button on the back of the Hub
While continuing to hold down the reset button, replace the power cable
This is after enrolling the ‘new’ hub in the channel I take it? It’s been a while since I reset a hub and I can’t remember if the old enrolment gets removed and I wanted to eliminate the possibility of this being your deleted hub you were working with.
