After reset It wont let me add philips hue lights, it cant find philips hue bridge

Hello ,
when I reach to the point adding philips hue with smarthing hub appears a message which says
You need a hub to connect this device (error code :34-000) and if I choose philips hue without Smartthings Hub then the message is Something went wrong… Request code : IM4ZYN.
Everything was working fine before,until i did a reset on smartthings and tried to start from the begining, now I am at this point a few days and cant find something like this in forums. Any thoughts?

You can try this edge driver for Hue that I have available. Has group control of lights and support for Hue scenes among other things.
