Hub v2 Firmware update 18.22 rolling out right now

Doesn’t outage usually coincide with upgrade ?

Have you upgraded GH integration since the total rework a few weeks ago ? I had to remove & reauthorize about 6 times before it FINALLY worked again. GH/Harmony is still a bust, Hue is more miss than hit.
Hey at least GH is polite when it fails.

I looked in the announcements and I do not see a section with release notes for 18.22. The last I could see is 18.18. Is there a section where release notes and bug fixes are shown. I would like to see them.

No I wasn’t out. I already got my firmware upgrade earlier today. Hub was otherwise working. It was just the ST to GH connection.

Firmware update completed on mine but it asked me to login and said that my code is invalid. My hub is currently unusable.

Thanks, Firmware was done automatically and all is well.

Thanks again.

The Hub firmware update was completely unrelated to the outage.

My hub was updated yesterday around 3pm east coast time. Since then my routines controlling the arming SHM don’t appear to be working. The routine fires when everyone leaves as it has for a year now and turns on my camera’s, locks doors and turns off lights. The one step it’s not executing is the changing of SHM from disarmed to armed away. It’s also not working on my bedtime routine where it changes to Armed Stay. I get a message the routine fires but it’s not finishing. Could this be related to the firmware or an outage issue?

I’m also seeing issues running routines since the update. I get error messages that the routine cannot be complete. Typically takes 10 or more tries to get the routine to fully run. Having the issue both in the app and through the widget on my phone home screen.

I am getting intrusion alerts now and it’s setting off my z wave siren. No doors have been opened and I don’t have the system armed. Also, my iPhone presence sensors are switched. My wife is showing home and she is away. I am showing away but am home.

I’m seeing z-wave range issues after this update. I have a garage door opener at the edge of my z-wave network. It had no problems maintaining a connection to my v2 hub for the past 2 years. Since the 18.22 update was applied, it loses its connection every few hours and must be removed and added all over again manually.

My hub keeps going offline 5-6 times per day after this update. Anyone else having the same issue? This is frustrating. I didn’t change anything recently.

Mine keeps going offline as well and comes back within the same or next minute…

Yep, definitely something up here. I am seeing this happen at the same times @squattinghen is seeing it. That would suggest it’s cloud-side.

Yep, most of the time it’s off then back on right the way. I talked to a supporter yesterday and he thinks it’s the batteries getting weak. I came home to check I don’t even have batteries installed.

Ever since this update I have been losing devices and I have to go reboot the hub and about 8 hour later its dead again. I need a fix as I use this all the time and cant reset it every 8 hours. Worked perfect till this update!!!

HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!

What have support said the issue is?

I was hoping the update would fix the piece of crap integration with my 4 Samsung cameras that are supposed to work with smartthings. F’in ridiculous that they keep saying these cameras are compatible and put it on the damn camera boxes.

Same…and re-pairing them is next to impossible. ST leak sensors having a MAJOR issue…
