Hub v1 Disconnecting Continuously

My hub v1, firmware 000.013.00013, is continuously disconnecting and reconnecting. I can see the hub status light switching between green, blue, green about every couple of minutes. In the IDE I can also see a repeating sequence of disconnected, registering, and active. The app shows the hub offline and you can watch it switch back to active. When it’s active I can control all of my devices.

This started a couple of weeks ago after a power outage during a thunderstorm. I’ve tried all the usual things like powering off/on the hub, wifi, and router. I’ve also submitted a support request #96136 to Smartthings Support, but I’ve not heard back.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Looking at the hub log I see a repeated sequence of:
Active
Register
Ping
HardwareID
Disconnected

This repeats every minute or two. Hope this helps someone figure out what’s going on.

Same thing happening to me. I lost all my device connections and connection to my app.

I talked to support and even though I had recycled before, they had me do the following:

Unplug the hub

Turn off router then turn back on. Leave modem on.

When all lights are back on the router plug in the hub

So far this seems to be working. Support said this happens after a power outage. They were super helpful.
