Hub Update Monday August 15

So far I have not regretted not upgrading. Im still on v1 and see NO reason to go to v2. I do feel kinda left out on the updates, but so far not seeing any functionality lost here. Maybe some of the minute security patches but I dont worry so much on those. zwave and zigbee require you to be within eye shot of my house. My neighbors are luddites so no worries from them. So yea I’m fine with no updates. Hell less chance to break it

Guys, guys, guys… Give ST a break. Samsung only had about $25B of income last year. They can’t afford to support both hubs.

In all seriousness. Just hold on and wait for v3.

Getting official integration for Nest and Blink camera would be nice

They work great with nestmanager and rboys blink app

My guess is that official Nest integration wouldn’t be as robust as our existing solution.

Like it never even happened…

yup, got mine. The wife hasn’t called or texted with curses, so that’s a good sign!

just got mine, hopefully none of the zigbee devices falls off again.

Mine has updated successfully but I have noticed that in the ST app on my android the firmware version says ‘null’

Mine updated as well, no behavior changes noted. I am home watching

Mine is showing up.

@BatraD

Cam support will be out today

ide is showing the correct firmware version, just the app says null.
Everything appears to be working OK.
Probably an andriod thing.
Anyone else with an andriod showing null?

Anthony,

Got the firmware upgrade, still dont see the new cameras under safety and security (things or smartapps)

Sorry I should have been more clear. I was referring to Nest Manager

I don’t know that ST will ever get an official integration

No problem here on android.

My only issue was a phantom event.

Mine is Android…

Mine is still offline/inactive. The website still shows I’m on 000.014.00040.

I’m able to ping the device, although it doesn’t seem to be active even after a few restarts/battery pulls.

yes I’m in the UK and have got Null in the Android app and hubcoreVersion: 000.015.00003 in IDE
