Hub not acting as a hub

I opened a tech support ticket with Samsung Smarthing and here is their response. Guess the hub feature was eliminated from support on the model ET-WV525. so if the feature is work dont change or you will never get it back.

We received the response of Tier 2 team regarding the escalation ticket we submitted. Please check their response in verbatim below:

"The only step for this will be to factory reset the hub and leave it connected until the LED blinks red/green before adding back.

This is a discontinued model, so there are no further steps for this issue. If the issue continues, the user will need to replace the hub having the problem."
