The OSRAM firmware listed is for different versions.

Hub Firmware Beta 22.7

I see what’s up and unfortunately this is kind of confusing. There are basically two different versions of the Lightify products, the older version with a manufacturer of OSRAM and the newer version with a manufacturer of LEDVANCE. This hub firmware only contains new firmware for a few versions of OSRAM products sold in the UK and new versions for the LEDVANCE products which use the brand name Sylvania. TL;DR that particular device is already on the latest firmware.
