Seems to be a common problem. Contact support. You can fix yourself by rebooting the hub from the IDE.
Jimmy loves this issue.
It seems to ebb and flow and is more problematic when a hub has a high number of devices connected.
I took a look at your Hub and you had 3 stragglers that should now be back online as expected. I’ll pass along your logs but as Jimmy said, if you see this, rebooting the hub should help.
I had this question a few weeks ago here and the working answer was just to log into the iDE and do a warm reboot of the hub. All my devices cleared this message.
Thanks everyone! I did a reboot, and we’ll see how it goes.
Now, if we could only find a way to see what devices are connected to which repeaters, that would be awesome!!
Thanks;
I have a SmartThings WI-FI hub and only one items reporting : [Daylight light control] HUB_DISCONNECTED Local 6 minutes. I have done the IDE reset and waited until the system quit winking at me.
Guess what: I still have a Zigbee device (a SmartPower Outlet) reporting status: HUB_DISCONNECTED.
Any suggestions
