Hi, new to this forum. I have just installed a new / old smartthings V3 hub at home to connect a few zwave devices up. It appears on the webportal but is not visible on the IOS App. Anything I should do to fix this. There was a large firmware update that caused some problems - not sure if this is the issue - I now have FW v.000.057.00014.
Any tips ?
have you tried signing out/signing in to the app?
when you view it in the AWA, does all characteristics look OKAY?
Do you have more than one SmartThings Location and if so does the AWA show the hub in the same Location that you are viewing in the app?
If you go into Devices > Manage devices in the app has the hub been hidden?
