Am I missing something or do we not get a dashboard anymore? All I have is the Smart Home monitor.

That’s a bug in the new SmartThings app. SmartThings is working to fix this problem in the next release. Unfortunately, we do not have a schedule for the fix.
Technically not a bug, but instead by design. All the Dashboards we previously liked so much are being replaced by other functionality. I think ST thought they’d be rolling them out by now, but their hands are a bit full fixing a ton of issues elsewhere. Slowly updates will come, but it’s taking longer then I bet they expected.
