How to turn on a switch based on humidity and temperature

Hello - I am new to SmartThings. I need a solution that will turn on a switch when humidity dropped below 65% but temperature is higher than 70 F. Humidity reading is from Aeon Multisensor 6.

I’m using SmartApps Humidity Alert! by Brian Critchlow.

It seems to work on first day or two - then for some unknown reason it quit working.

Any help is appreciated.

I use a smartapps called CoRE for this very same scenario.
