How to set the Osram lightify tunable A19 color temperature in automation activity?

I am new to ST.
I was trying to create an automation activity and set the color temperature to 6500. But there seems no such option in automation. Any idea?

And can I change the color temperature using echo? I found a post talking about using Rules Machine but seems RM is not available to install now…
