How to Reset SmartThings Password?

I’ve added my wife as a user to my home (seemed like that made sense!).

WHen she launches the app on her phone it wants to upgrade her account. But we can’t recall what her existing password is.

How do we reset the smartthings password so she can upgrade to Sammy account?

Or is there an easier process to upgrade her account?
