How to add WeMo smart switch dimmer?

I tried this instruction and the Wemo Dimmer Wi-Fi Light Switch did not get discovered. I tried to “Add Device Manually->SmartThings Labs” and the WeMo switch dimmer was not listed either. So, is it possible that this particular switch dimmer is not compatible with Smartthings?
