How do I delete my old iPhone from SmartThings?

I recently purchased a new iPhone and my old one still shows up when I create a routine. Where do I find my old iPhone in SmartThings and remove it? Thanks

Go to Menu (three lines at the bottom right).
Click the cog (upper right).
Turn off “Get your location from this phone” on the old iPhone.
Turn on “Get your location from this phone” on the new iPhone.

Does the iOS app not give you the option of disabling the old phone when using ‘Get your location from this phone’ on the new one?

Yes, all I had to do was select the other phone listed below and it allowed me to delete it. It was right in front of me the whole time! Thanks for the replies.
