I have an awning with a sun sensor which will automatically open the awning, however I don’t want the awning to be open if there is high wind or rain in the forecast. The sun sensor is not smart nor connected to SmartThings, I am using an additional zwave plug to automate if the sun sensor is enabled or disabled. For now I am using IFTTT to enable or disable the plug, however I was wondering if there was a way to do this directly from SmartThings.
@Monique Maybe using the old apps accuweather connect you could do this, but that will go away in migration, so just use ifttt
