How can I manually change device profile?

I have 2 of the same sensor but the one I recently added is missing battery information. It got added with a different device profile.

FAQ: How to change to a different edge driver

It’s the correct driver but wrong profile. I’ve already tried re-adding the device.

Then you’ll need to get in touch with the author of the driver to see what’s going on.

Model’s 3RTHS24BZ fingerprint is not in ST Zigbee Humidity Sensor driver’s fingerprints. Model 3RTHS24BZ is paired as generic device and Zigbee Humidity Sensor driver’s generic device’s profile is humidity-temperature.

My first one connects fine as a generic but has battery. Same model number

If I understood correctly, you have installed the first device earlier.
Maybe the profile of the generic device was different in the past.

Using Zigbee Thing Mc driver is possible to read exact model and manufacturer.

@Mariano_Colmenarejo can add your device (using exact fingerprint) to his Zigbee driver
