How can I access Past 7 days activity log on Schlage Zwave with Smart Things Hub?

I am trying to identify a problem of connection perhaps between the Schlage and Smart things Hub; or simply Schlage door recording too many open/close entries that drained the battery right away. I however dont have access to that log now because its past 7 days. How can I access this activity and what caused it in the past?

Email support, they may have something they can check - but don’t hold your breath.

so the subscription and installation of smart handlers and device apps will only work forward I assume? no way to go back past those 7 days even on the basic activities record?
