How BMW request the list of custom Routines of the user?

In the wideo about BMW, the user is able to select a Routine from the in-car display, and the connected device provided the list of Routines. Is there a public API to list the Routines of the user? And also, trigger them remotly? Like when the car arrived to home, trigger “I’m Back!” Routine automatically(and remotely.

I would really appreciate if someone give me some hint how it is implemented. I read the docs carefully, but I did not find my answer.
