My AEOTEC (Aeon Labs) gen 2 door/window sensor has stopped working and perhaps someone here has had a similar issue and knows a resolution.
In an effort to relocate the switch, I had “forced” the removal of it from SmartThings using the mobile app and then attempted to do the factory reset per the instructions (hold zwave button for 20 seconds). Unfortunately after these two actions, the switch does nothing, for example the internal LED does not light for any condition?
I’ve tried everything I could think of, battery removal, factory reset again, and so on) - but no go. Since it had worked just prior to the relocation actions, I would imagine it should work again.
Any ideas very much appreciated.
