Help! My hub has been offline for over 18 hrs. I’ve all ready rebooted my router twice. removed power & batteries with reset twice without success. (and changed lan cable). The REALLY odd part is it reported online while completely disconnected and batteries removed.
Try connecting it to a different port on your switch or connecting directly to your router. Does it have a static ip# assigned to it?
You could try a soft reset if all else fails but not sure it will resolve a lan connection issue.
soft factory reset by following these directions:
- Disconnect the power cable from the Hub
- Using a pin or a small tool, hold down the reset button on the back of the Hub
- While continuing to hold down the reset button, replace the power cable
- When the LED on the front starts flashing yellow, release the button
Definitely contact ST support and open a ticket.
Thanks! I’ve finally got it going again after swapping network cables again and swapping network switches.
