[Help] Solid Red Light

I’ve lost connectivity and have a solid red light on my v3. I try to power cycle the hub and I still get the solid red light.

Solid red doesn’t seem to be on that list.

A Red LED would indicate a power issue, you already mentioned soft rebooting by unplugging to power cycle did not address the concern.

I first wanted to check to see if you have ensured that the power cord is connected properly and to test the power outlet that you are using, such as switching to a different outlet or plugging in a different device.

If the symptoms persist, I would recommend reaching out directly to support team to remotely assist you further.
