Solid Green/Solid blue Intervals?

Just purchased ST2, reset it a couple of times, changed the cables, router place…and at the end, i get even intervals of Solid green and solid blue, I have no idea what is going on, I tried to connect the hub, but it tells me “smartthings keeps stopping”/??? And if I try to connect any switch or light it says you need a hub to connect this device. I am new in this kind of hub.
