Help -added 3rd hub in 3rd location -

We have had 2 hubs working fine in 2 different homes. . I added a 3rd hub, in a third home, and I can see all 3 and use them just fine. My allowed user still only has access to the first 2 hubs/locations.
any advice?

I think you just need to add a new user to be able to see the new hub/location. It’s probably easiest to contact support and they should be able to add the new location to the old users.
