Harmony Home Control

As @huydnguyen notes above, the SmartThings → Harmony integration is currently broken. We’re awaiting the new cloud-to-cloud integration from SmartThings to fix this. This will allow SmartApps to control the Harmony. You can, however, get the Harmony–>SmartThings side set up via the Logitech MyHarmony desktop software. Harmony Home update for previous gen devices now available

There is no beta firmware from SmartThings for this. What we are waiting for is the beta of the SmartThings cloud-to-cloud integration with Logitech Harmony. You can control SmartThings devices from your Logitecth Harmony without the above cloud-to-cloud integration, but you will not be able to do the reverse (control the Logitech Harmony from a SmartApp) without it.
