Google Home + Smartthings + Linear Garage Door Opener?

Its amazing what we can do, and also disappointing. We could be so much further ahead, but everyone is trying to to carve out their territory (apple being the worse).

I wanted to use Google Home to monitor the Garage Door. Ask it “is the garage door open” or “whats the status of the garage door”, and obviously open and close it.

Is this possible?

I think he wants to do what you can do with ask alexa app. At the moment you can’t get current status with GH.
