Hi, I have 4 separate Samsung AC units set up in SmartThings which is linked to Google Home.
I have, however, one unit which whenever I try and use the voice command and turn it on gives me the message ‘‘Sorry, it doesn’t look like that thermostat hasn’t been setup yet’. However, I can turn it off using my voice. I’ve tried relinking the account but without success.
All the others work fine. Does anybody have any ideas please?
