Yep, 3 times now.

I am in the UK.

I’m having the same issues as Flakie. I’ve even gone as far as creating a different GlobeSuite account under a different country (I.e, Australia) and have had no luck. Even force closed the app and re-attempted close to over 50 times. No luck. Lol.

Same issue here. Can’t get it to work.

Anyone else notice when it asks to pick a location and room it mentions Z-Wave? Aeotec?

That is a bug that has been around for several months when adding devices in the new app. It happens with other devices besides Globe Suite. ST fixed for a couple of weeks back in February but it has recently resurfaced.

I have a few WiFi bulbs that use the “Smart Life” app. These once worked with Globe Suite, but finding now that when I go to Globe Suite through ST, it pulls up the web to enter username / password. My username and password I use with Smart Life doesn’t work here.

Doesn’t matter what app they are in even in Globe app they don’t show.

Globe Suite is up and running again on SmartThings! We are very sorry for the delays! We worked closely with the SmartThings team to get this fixed and encountered some issues that were out of our hands. We’re happy to say that the integration is now functional! Thanks for your patience!

Er, it’s still not working.

I was able to readd maybe a third of the devices on globesuite back to smartthings via the integration leaving my house and automations extremely broken. If you are trying to add that last light switch and don’t wish to break your house. I wouldn’t delete the old integration and try to readd.

For reference any of my bulbs that were able to do a smart scene having options for power/white/color/timer came into smarthings fine, any that appear as White/Mood(White/color/mood/music)/Brightness(0-100)/color temperature (0-1000%) (something about manufacture date with no fix) do not appear, nor do any of the other tuya devices i have added to globesuite.

Strange! We’ve tried on a few different devices on our end and are able to set up.

What is the issue you’re experiencing? Issues setting up, or is the Globe Suite logo just not listed on your end? (or anything else) We want to get this fixed for you!

Yea…no. Nothing showing up.
Maybe time to look into some Beta testing (outside of telling users it’s fixed so they can test for you).

We’ve actually tested and been able to use it on our end on a few different devices.

When you say nothing is showing up, is it that you are simply not seeing the Globe Suite logo in the list of brands?

Global suite logo appears fine, I can connect my account fine but non of my outlets appear within smartthings… !

I’m able to pair and my devices work in your app but SmartThings doesn’t show any devices.

Hi,
I open the ST app, add device, select GS, Lighting, Globe, I get a rotating circle asking to “select a location and room for your Globe”, location and room.
I assume devices should get listed there, but hit next anyway.
It then shows “Successfully connected to Globe Suite”.
I hit done and have wainted, none of my devices from the GS app show up anywhere.
