I just installed a zwave smart dimmer (GE 14294) and can’t get it turn turn on the lights. The switch pairs with my smartthings hub, there is a blue light on the switch itself. The lights are connected to the load, power to the line, neutral and ground all connected correctly. There was a non-smart dimmer in place before this. I’m at a loss, any ideas??
If it is hooked up correctly, you might have a bad switch. I had a Leviton look like everything was right except the light would not light up. I replaced it with another and it worked. If it is broken, it would be at the relay or whatever drives the relay that actually switches on or off power to the load.
