I have the Linear garage door sensor/opener and it worked fine for several months and now won’t open/close the door.
The device reports appropriate status of closed or open from manual operations and it will receive the command and beep, but it won’t flash and open or close the door. I have tried to power cycle and unpair and repair and I’m at a loss.

Common problem. Contact Linear and they might replace it.
Thanks for the feedback on this. I didn’t know if it was me or not as I’m pretty experienced with Home Automation. I was using Homeseer before switching to SmartThings.
I haven’t paid much attention to it, but it stopped working on New Years Eve! My neighbor rang the doorbell just after midnight and I didn’t know what to expect… My garage door was wide open and had to shut it via the wall button.
Well, hopefully their chat on the website can help me because their 800 number indicates $50 per hour customer support! Seriously?!?!
Well, I got it fixed! I went to Amazon and bought a new one with a 4 year protection plan. The Linear/GoControl or whatever their name is this week company was useless. They said out of warranty…“click”…
