Garadget keeps going offline

K I still have this one issue with garadget going offline I have replaced the power supply and cord so that eliminated that being the cause. Here’s the interesting I can ho into SmartThings and go to Settings> Linked> and relink it and it’s back on line. Any suggestion??? If I leave it offline for 3 or 4 days then it turns off the A/C in the shop until I relink it and the A/C come back on. Any help?

You could write a simple refresh rule in Sharptools to refresh it every morning to see if it will keep it on line. Not sure if this will help.

Question… does it ever go offline in the garadget app or only in the ST app?

That’s the next thing I wanted to check and see if it does I’ve seen others talking about it going offline in the app I’ll check it first thing in the morning when I get to work.

If it is also going offline in the garadget app, you may want to contact garadget support. If only in the ST app, you spoke of relinking… does that mean you removed the integration and added it back or simply opened the integration in Linked services and clicked Done. If you haven’t already tried… I recommend trying to remove the integration and adding it back.

Also, report it to ST support if it is only happening in the ST app.

Finally it went offline. Now I’ve notice if I open/close garage door I don’t have issue for a couple or more days. So YES it is online in Garadget App so on to the SmartThings what i do to bring it back online is go to menu>settings>linked> hit Garadget and it goes to linking and Done and it’s back on line again.
