Finishing app migration - Alarm Delays?

Hello,

I have one last set of things to move to the new app before I can completely abandon the old one.

Currently in the old app smart home monitor, I have a custom monitor that gives an alarm if any of our refrigerator or freezer door contact sensors are open for more than 2 minutes.

With a 7 year old, this has already saved us catastrophic loss of food from the freezer door being left open several times.

I can’t for the life of me figure out how to accomplish this in the new app. Help?
