Everything just went offline

I’m not sure what happened and have no idea how to troubleshoot it. Within the past hour, everything has gone offline except my 2018 hub. The smart things service status page shows everything is functional, but nothing is connected to my hub. They all show as offline. I’ve rebooted my hub 3 times and it doesn’t help

Edit: If I remove/insert the battery from a sensor, it will show up. But they don’t work right - motion sensors get stuck as activated. Eventually they go offline. Light bulbs don’t appear at all.

Sometimes if I tap on a device I get the message “This device’s capabilities have changed. Leave this screen and then come back to it to access the updated capabilities.” But then it still doesn’t connect to the hub

The devices are all Zigbee

Try unplugging your hub for 30 min. If you have a v2 hub with batteries also take the batteries out.
