I already did factory reset from app and physical but still having the same behavior. I have it working separately and I tried different ISP,power outlets. Even different buildings.
Here are some Logs
Another thing. I am using those devices outside USA.
Thanks in advance for your support. All suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Already did. And they requested tier2 support. But still pending to receive updates. As it is via email I has been taking too long.
Thanks

Here an update.
I don known how can they say poor connection. I have a 100 MBps and tested during a fill day and it is Up all day with no packet lost during test. And finally get rid of me sending me for local support which by the way does no exist. Anyway. I think I will give them to my 3 year old son. Maybe he can find a better use for them.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting us. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you.

Sorry for the late response. I got a response back from my Tier 2 time. So we do see you’re from Ecuador, and we do see your SmartThings WiFi getting disconnected due to poor internet connectivity. You do need a stable internet connections for it to stay online.

I also recommend contacting your local Samsung subsidiary for support. You can also go to http://help.content.samsung.com. If you access this from Ecuador, it should lead you to the correct contact page for additional support. This is mostly because you reached the US department.
