Error message on Ac

I have a Samsung AC and after 4 months of use with no issues, I keep getting an error message that something is blocking air intake. Samsung has checked the unit and found no problems. After doing the freeze wash in the smart things app, the warning goes away. Then the next day it returns.

What kind of community is this that no one contributes any help?
