I’m trying to connect an Air Purifier and cant get past Wi-Fi information being sent to Air Purifier. Eventually it comes back with an error 13-002 does anyone have any idea what that is?

here are some options to try, which may or may be the solution for everyone:

  • SSID and password with no special characters, mainly (space or - )
  • WPA2 only (meaning WPA2/WPA3 probably will not work)
  • 2.4Ghz only
  • Phone needs to be on the same SSID as the device you are trying to connect it to.
  • no blocking in place such as piholes, VPN or strict firewall policies
  • try using a different mobile device if you have one such as tablet or partner’s phone.

Reach out to Samsung support or post on their community forum if you continue having issues with connecting the fridge. You may be able to get the solution with them. :slight_smile:
