Wind-Free Freeze wash

I am having some trouble getting my freeze wash to work. My system was installed in September of 2023, so it is still pretty new. I had an alert to freeze wash. I turned all the units off and I can’t start the freeze wash. I tried using the physical remote and the units did nothing. I tried using just the clean mode on the remote for each unit. This worked for each room. I tried freeze wash again and nothing. I have attached a screen shot from the app. Anyone have any idea what I might be doing wrong?

Did you figure this out? Same thing is happening to me

I’d suggest also posting your question over in the official Samsung support community. You’ll typically get quicker answers on the big Samsung appliances over there.

I did actually figure it out. Apparently our system is too big and won’t allow it. I find this odd, as we only have 5 units in the house, which doesn’t seem like a lot to me. My husband was in contact with one of the techs. I think he said only smaller units can do this.
