Tried differing combinations of devices with no joy. Worrying thing is my spare hub is currently deselected which would probably cause issues if I needed to recover from a primary hub failure.
Any ideas?

I haven’t seen that error before but I can report it to the engineering team.
To do so, I need the following information:
Have you checked if this behavior happens in both iOS and Android? I’m guessing you’re using Android but just wanted to verify if there’s one you can still use.
Start recording your device’s screen and replicate the error to see the steps you followed
Collect the logs of the SmartThings app.
Confirm the email account registered in the forum is the same one you use for SmartThings. If not, please share it with me over DM.
Select the time period and confirm - In this step, please select “Until turned off”, once the team finishes, we’ll let you know so you can disable it again.
Just wondering if there is any progress on this as I am still seeing it in the new/updated functionality in the latest app release - for both hide and show cases…
