Github Integration for UK users

Have any fellow UK users managed to get Github Integration working with their IDE? I have been watching one of @pstuart’s older Live Code Friday videos on YouTube, showing how to do this, but I realised the “Enable Github Integration” button/link doesn’t seem to be enabled for the EU servers. After a chat with US support, apparently it is tied up with the OAUTH issues, so I wonder if this could get fixed soon, or whether anyone else has found a workaround. @April Is this somewhere on the list of items to be fixed as part of the OAUTH work?
