Programming is done through apps but we’re looking at ways to do it directly from the driver.
I’m looking at this in the advanced section, but it’s not apparent to me how to display existing codes for the locks. Could you please elaborate on how to do this?
Whether you can see the actual codes already in the lock is dependent on whether your lock supports S2 security and your lock is paired properly with it. When the driver requests the codes from the lock, locks supporting S2 send the codes and can then be decoded by the driver and displayed in the mobile app. If the lock is not properly paired or doesn’t support S2, then the codes are obfuscated since they would be unencrypted and possibly sniffed.
There is nowhere in the Advanced Web App where the actual lock codes would be displayed. Only the codeSlot numbers and any codeNames associated with a slot as @mlchelp mentioned.

I have the Schlage BE469, and purchased and installed the latest UE Z-Wave Plus drives. In ST app for iOS I have all settings as Unsupported. This seems odd. Any help is appreciated.
Since your lock supports these features it means that your lock isn’t responding to requests from the hub to discover / activate these features. Thta usually means there’s interference or packet loss in the mesh. See this topic for more details on how to resolve it:

Thanks for making this visible again! However, this is the WORST. I hope SmartThings updates their app to make this more user friendly.
Where i used to see the list of users and lock codes, I only see HTML code now
Wow, just noticed a similar issue with @TAustin’s PurpleAir driver on the “sensor sites used.” What a mess.
Any idea if or when they are going to fix the UI on the mobile app to display all users and codes again?
If enough users ask them I don’t see why they won’t. They need re-enable HTML on tiles and re-enable expanding tiles. They’ve cut off both these features in the latest updates. Put in a ticket to support.
It’s VERY frustrating because it was working perfectly, supported html and the tile would expand to fill up all the text. I don’t know why they went backwards and disabled both features.
Can you point me in the right direction to do that?
